Management's Health & Safety Policies Online Systems Inc. and its employees are responsible for safety in the workplace. Everyone is expected to use good judgment in order to keep our work environment safe and hazard free. All Online employees are required to read and comply with the company’s Safety Manual. Employees are also required to attend safety classes or training and to understand and follow all safety procedures of any client for which Online is currently working.

The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 clearly states our common goal, “Safe and healthful working conditions are essential to quality and productivity, which are primary considerations in the operation of this business.” The safety and health of our employees continues to be the first consideration in our business. We recognize that the responsibilities for safety and health are shared: v The employer accepts the responsibility for leadership of the safety and health program, for its effectiveness and improvement, and for providing the safeguards required to ensure safe conditions. v Supervisors are responsible for developing the proper attitudes towards safety and health in themselves and those that they supervise. This ensures that operations are performed with the utmost regard for the safety and health of all personnel involved. v Employees are responsible for wholehearted, genuine cooperation with all aspects of the safety and health program including compliance with all rules and regulations and for continuously practicing safety while performing their duties. We shall observe and comply with all safety and health standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. Our designs and specifications shall comply with all safety and health standards of The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
